Nakia Gordon is a lifelong DMV community member and a true pillar of service. Born and raised in the very community she now uplifts, Nakia is the owner of multiple childcare centers and a passionate advocate for youth, families, and local initiatives. Her commitment to giving back is deeply personal — her daughter was born with a congenital heart defect, living with only half a heart. That journey transformed Nakia's purpose, inspiring her to raise awareness and resources for others facing similar challenges.
