Welcome to Basketball Ballers. By accessing this website and registering for our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or participate in our events.
Basketball Ballers events are open to participants of all ages (5 and above) and skill levels. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration on their behalf.
All participants, spectators, coaches, and volunteers are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respectful behavior. Basketball Ballers reserves the right to remove any individual exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct, aggressive behavior, or any actions that endanger the safety or wellbeing of others, without refund.
Registration fees are non-transferable between individuals. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Basketball Ballers does not store, process, or have access to your payment card information at any time.
Basketball Ballers reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, or formats due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue availability, or safety concerns. In the event of a full cancellation, registered participants will receive a full refund.
All content on this website, including the Basketball Ballers name, logo, and event materials, is the property of Basketball Ballers and WONheart. Photographs or videos taken at events may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out by notifying event staff.
By registering for any Basketball Ballers event, participants (and the parents or legal guardians of minor participants) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
Basketball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risks arising from the negligence of other participants.
Participants agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Basketball Ballers, WONheart, event organizers, volunteers, coaches, referees, venue operators, and all associated parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
In the event of an injury or medical emergency during the event, participants (or their guardians) authorize Basketball Ballers staff and emergency personnel to administer first aid and seek emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary. Any medical costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant or their guardian.
Basketball Ballers respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
When you register for an event or make a donation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (for player registrations) date of birth, emergency contact information, and medical notes. For participants under 18, we also collect parent or guardian contact information.
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe via encrypted connection and is never stored on, processed by, or accessible to Basketball Ballers servers.
Basketball Ballers events include participants under 13 years of age. We collect personal information about minors only through their parent or legal guardian during the registration process. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Parents and guardians may contact us to review, update, or delete their child's information at any time.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with: (1) Stripe for payment processing, (2) Resend for transactional email delivery, and (3) event staff as needed for event operations.
Registration and donation records are retained for accounting and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us through our contact form. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
This website uses essential cookies for authentication (admin login) and site functionality. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, web vitals) to improve site performance. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Registration fees are refundable if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the event date. To request a refund, please contact us through our contact form with your name, email, and registration details.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Donations are non-refundable, as they are charitable contributions to WONheart. General admission tickets are refundable under the same 48-hour policy.
In the event of a full event cancellation by Basketball Ballers, all registration fees and admission tickets will be refunded in full automatically.
